1. Agreement to terms
By accessing our website at https://plumbingrosevillehub.com or by requesting plumbing dispatch services via telephone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
2. Plumbing service requests and dispatch
When scheduling plumbing repair, inspection, or replacement work:
- An adult representative (18 years or older) authorized to approve repairs must be present on site throughout the service appointment.
- Plumbing technicians will inspect conditions on site and provide clear scope recommendations before proceeding with non-emergency repairs.
- Estimated arrival windows are provided as courtesies. Traffic conditions along Highway 65 or Interstate 80 and active emergency repairs may alter dispatch times.
3. Permits and code compliance
All permanent plumbing installations—including water heater replacements, whole-house repiping, gas line additions, and sewer lateral replacements—are executed in accordance with the California Plumbing Code (CPC Title 24, Part 5) and local City of Roseville or Placer County building ordinances. When required by municipal jurisdiction, building permits will be pulled and scheduled for municipal building inspector sign-off.
4. Payment terms
Payment is due upon completion of services rendered unless prior written commercial billing terms have been established. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, bank debit cards, and checks.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable California law, Plumbing Services in Roseville, CA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing deteriorated pipes, defective materials manufactured by third parties (including recalled Kitec or polybutylene fittings), unpermitted previous modifications, or delayed service due to weather or natural events.
6. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
